Bring your favorite pencil and paper and we will take care of the rest!
If you haven’t developed your drawing skills since your lunch came with a glass of milk or if you’re good but just want to get better this is a good opportunity to learn about the many techniques to drawing.

Yoga at Kanalhuset

Show up with your morning hair  and your yoga mat in your arms.
We look forward to starting the day with you!

Come by with your morning hair, your neighbor or your best friend. These yoga classes focus on syncronizing your body’s movements with your breathing giving you the best circumstances to start off the day. In these classes you will both get a bit of sweat on your forehead and find some challenges but also find a tranquility that will let your breath flow through. We welcome people of all levels – even those with minor strains or injuries that think they might not be suitable for yoga. Our teachers Joséphine, Kimie and Mille all share a focus on building up a fundamental core which is essential for exploring the many yoga techniques. Remember to bring your own yoga mat and suitable clothing. Please make sure to show up at least 10 minutes before so you can get yourself suited and comfortable. You will find us at the bar on the 1st floor.
We look forward to sharing the morning with you!

At Kanalhuset we always follow the guidelines proclaimed by the public health authorities.

Pilates at Kanalhuset

Sandra Vlachakis is a certified Pilates instructor who has been teaching for the last 6 years. It is of high priority for Sandra to teach in safe space where everyone feels comfortable and safe no matter your age, prior strains, injuries or other mishaps. At these classes you can expect an efficient training sessions that lets you build up a natural muscle core with a special emphasis on agility, breath and flow.
Remember to bring your own yoga mat and suitable clothing.
Please make sure to show up at least 10 minutes before so you can get yourself suited and comfortable. You will find us at the bar on the 1st floor.

Running club outside Kanalhuset

We will be on summer holiday from the 24th of June and back on the 5th of August
Thursday
 7.30am – 8.15am

Come join us on our weekly morning run around the many areas of Copenhagen accompanied by Ole. Together we will run a new route every week customized by Ole as he will take us on a journey through Copenhagen – maybe to a place you’ve never seen before or a route that you’ve never taken. The runs are about 5 – 6 kilometers and take around 30 minutes to run (without breaks). Ole is not intimidated by the weather and we will therefore run in all sorts of conditions – all kinds of weather are good for running!

Begin your day with a fresh start and join us for a run together and experience something new! 

Crochet and knitting

Wednesday
4pm – 6pm

Swing by Kanalhuset where Nanna can both help and inspire you in the world of crochet and knitting; patterns, techniques and recipes.

We welcome everyone with a curious heart; young or mature, novice or expert! If you have a desire to explore the world of yarn we will do our best to help you out.

Remember to bring your own equipment, yarn and recipes. 

Dance

Monday 5pm – 6pm

Come and get your body moving for an hour of high energy, loads of good music and most of all lots of dancing and all the good vibes that’ll fill up Kanalhuset! The class starts off with a light warm up followed by a choreography for all levels. We finish off with a gentle come-down before we send you off to enjoy a wonderful Monday.
